Phillipines souvenir jacket from Buzz Rickson constructed in navy cotton outer with a  copper gold cupra lining. Bataan on the Phillipine island of Luzon was the location of the Cubi base Naval in Subic Bay. It was also the scene of a huge battle between allied American and Filipino soldiers and the Japanese, who eventually overwhelmed them in 1942. The embroidered back details the Naval mobile construction batallion with the tropical Phillipine terrain embroidery featuring on the front. other details include two front pockets and a military grade brass zipper.
